At Intention Wave, we produce high quality jewelry and we uphold this standard in every item we sell. Ready-to-ship (non-personalized) jewelry can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Personalized jewelry orders are final sale only and can only be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase due to item customization. Note that we cannot be responsible for returns due to incorrect size, color, material or customization.
To return an item, please contact our team at support@intentionwave.com. You will need to provide us with your order details and a description of any problems and the reason for the return. All items must be returned complete in their original packaging, including all parts or accessories.
Once your return is received, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for us to examine your item(s), repair or alter if necessary, and ship the item back to you. Please note that no replacements can be made or shipped until we have received the complete original item(s) in their original packaging.
