How do I record my sound?
After you place your order, you’ll receive a link by email where you can either:
- Record your message using your phone or computer’s microphone
- Upload an audio or video file (we’ll extract the sound for you)
You don’t need to decide right after you purchase — you can come back to it whenever you're ready.
The whole process only takes a minute or two!
Can we play the sound back?
Yes! Every piece comes with a unique link and QR code card. Scan it with your phone, and you’ll be able to play the sound message anytime, from anywhere. It’s a beautiful way to keep the memory close, always.
Is there a limit to how long I can take to record or upload my sound and can I cancel if I change my mind?
You can take your time — there’s no deadline to submit your sound after purchase.
If you change your mind before we start making your piece, you can cancel your order for a full refund.
We’ll also send gentle reminders in case you forget to upload your sound.
How long can the sound recording be?
Your recording can be up to 10 minutes long, giving you all the time you need to share something truly meaningful. Whether it’s a short message, a full conversation, a voice note, a poem, or even a song — we’ll turn the entire soundwave into a beautiful, one-of-a-kind design that captures the essence of your moment.
Can my sound be the sound in a video?
Yes, absolutely! Just upload the video file and we’ll extract the audio portion for you. It’s perfect if your message is already captured in a moment you’ve recorded.
I need inspiration for my soundwave, any ideas?
Absolutely — and you won’t have to figure it out alone. As part of our simple, guided process, we’ll help you come up with a sound that feels true, personal, and meaningful.
Using our built-in inspiration tool, we’ll offer thoughtful suggestions based on who the piece is for and what emotion or moment you want to capture — whether it’s love, memory, celebration, or encouragement.
You’ll also have the option to choose from ideas like:
- A heartfelt “I love you”
- A baby’s first laugh or cry
- A voice from someone you miss
- A special memory, poem, or vow
- A motivational message or affirmation
- Even the sound of waves, music, or nature
We’ll be there to guide you every step of the way — so you can find the perfect sound that tells your story.

What is it made of?
Intention Wave is using only quality materials that last and don't tarnish. You can click on the Material section at the bottom right of any product page for more information on the material used and how to take care of it.
How are the jewelry pieces created?
Each jewelry is assembled and engraved with love by our jewelry designer Sandrine at our workshop located in quebec, Canada. Our highest priority is to create pieces that look stunning and can also be worn from day to night. Those are the components that make greatest gifts.
What is the Eternal Shine Guarantee?
Like your message, our jewelry was crafted to be timeless, eternal. That’s why we want to make sure your special message is displayed on our jewelry forever. Each piece of jewelry is backed by our“Eternal Shine” guarantee, which means that, if, for any reason, your jewel is scratched or tarnish, we will replace it immediately, free of charge - no questions asked.
Can I return or cancel my order?
At IntentionWave, we produce the highest quality jewelry and we stand by each and every item we sell. Ready to ship jewelry (non-personalized including block jewelry) may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Orders for personalized jewelry are final sale only and can only be canceled or altered within 24 hours of purchase due to the customization of the item. Note that we can't be responsible for any re-makes due to the wrong size, color, material, or customization entered.
To return an item, please contact our team at support@intentionwave.com. You will need to provide us with the details of your order and a description of any issues and the reason for the return. All pieces must be returned complete in original packaging including any and all parts or accessories. All returns must be received within 10 days of issuance of the return merchandise authorization.
After your return has been received, please allow 2-3 weeks for us to review your item(s), repair or remake if necessary and deliver the item back to you. Please note that any replacement cannot be made or shipped until we have received the original item(s) complete in the original packaging.
Shipping
How do I track my order status?
After we have finished the engraving process on your order (which takes 3-5 business days) you can track your order on our site 24 hours/7 days by following these steps: Go to Track My Order
1- Enter your order number
2- Enter your email
3- Press “Track” to process
Alternatively, a shipping confirmation email is sent to the email address you have registered on the website upon placing your order. The email contains the tracking link where you can check the status of your order.
What are the shipping times & fees?
IntentionWave currently offers free shipping on all USA and CAN orders over 130 USD. Please note that custom orders take 3-5 business days to be produced and will ship after completion. For domestic orders, our standard insured shipping is 1-2 weeks and costs 9.99 USD. If you want your order to arrive faster, you can select our XpressPost shipping option at checkout (2-4 business days). For International Orders, your shipping options will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
In the event your shipment is delayed, or any issues arise in production that could delay your order, we will contact you with any details or questions. It is important to provide complete and accurate shipping information to correctly deliver your jewelry piece. In the event of an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and reliable shipping address. If the carrier confirms that an order was delivered to the given address, we are unable to re-ship your item(s) if it has been lost as a result of an incomplete or incorrect address submission.
